SUB-CONTRACTORS NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT

For good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Electronic Signature Below (SUB-CONTRACTORS), the undersigned sub-contractors hereby agrees not to directly or indirectly compete with the business of LAURA JOHNSON HOME AND OFFICE CARE (Company) and its successors and assigns during the period of sub-contractors and for a period of 5 years following termination of SUB-CONTRACTING and notwithstanding the cause or reason for termination. Sub-contractors shall not own, manage, or operate a business substantially similar to, or competitive with, the present business of Company or such other business activity in which Company may substantially engage during the term of employment. SUB-CONTRACTORS acknowledges that Company may, in reliance of this agreement, provide SUB-CONTRACTORS access to trade secrets, customers and other confidential data and good will. SUB-CONTRACTORS agrees to retain said information as confidential and not to use said information on his or her own behalf or disclose same to any third party. SUB-CONTRACTORS can not exchange any personal information, phone number, address also can not make any king of business with LAURA JOHNSON HOME AND OFFICE CARE customers. This non-compete agreement shall extend for a radius of 100 miles of the zip code 33317 Company's present location and shall be in full force and effect for 5 years, commencing with the date of SUB-CONTRACTING termination. I wont contact, do businesses , exchange any personal information such as phone number address etc. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns, and personal representatives.
